New Construction is booming!!

I don't know if you have noticed, but there is new construction going up all over town!! This must be a good sign that our economy in Columbia is turning around!! It could also have something to do with the inventory of new homes being so low for so long. Either way, it's kind of like the flowers that are popping up, just a good feeling to see all the beauty in our city!! Among this new construction, are several homes in Copperstone. Although our lot special is ending today, and we sold several nice lots during this time, there are still a few that are available.
